2) Exercise- Yes exercise, doing workout everyday reduces the stress and anxiety level. Even yoga also helps to give us the good health. A study has shown that people who are involved in physical activity are much happier than the people who don’t do exercise. By a very basic nature our body is made up for physical activity.
