Luxembourg based Boundary Holding has announced its investment in Asteria Aerospace, a robotics and artificial intelligence company from Bengaluru.
Asteria is a robotics and artificial intelligence business founded by Nihar Vartak and Neel Mehta that offers customized unmanned aerial platforms to the military, law enforcement, mining, construction, and oil industries. The Asteria drone-based solutions provide useful intelligence from aerial data and effortlessly integrate into operational workflows.
The product lineup of Asteria Aerospace consists of the fixed-wing drone Cygnus, the multi-rotor drone A400, and Genesis, a software stack for drone control and fleet management. Asteria has acquired some fascinating clients as a result of the product catalogue, including Indian paramilitary organizations, state police forces, and foreign businesses in addition to a sideways range of industrial clients and applications.
The investment by Boundary Holding follows a global trend in accord with international interest and intrigue in Artificial Intelligence, besides its utility in surveillance through drones.
